This is for my concept class. This is based on a real news and we have to rewrite this as if we were part of the story or as if we have seen the incident. My role here is entirely fictitious. :)
Woah! I can't believe it, now, even the bicycle riders should wear helmets. I can't believe it! I do not know why the MMDA should require us riders of bicycle wear helmets. MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando ordered MMDA traffic aides to flag down bicycle riders who do not wear helmets.
Not all bicycles are that fast, that they need to require helmets. And how can bicycle riders not use the main road when there is no allotted lane for us bicycle riders. This is a one weird requirement.
