Erika's View: The So-Called 'LIFE' of EDGAR part 3

Today is one freaky day. Matagal na rin bago kami huling nagpansinan ni Kuya yun o hindi… Duh?! Malamang hindi!!! Mukha niya no! This time, I’m full – full of his silliness!!! Ganito kasi yan.

 

            Nag-meet kami nila JAG sa 10^th floor (as usual) para mag-lunch na. pagkarating naming ng ground floor ng Andrew, sabi ko, “Guys, Archers’ Lair ako kakain.” Edi sinamahan naman nila ako. So… ang nangyari, um-order na kami. Dun na rin sila kumain. Nag-order ako ng beef + mushroom chaka lechon kawali! Yun na rin ang kay Gela! J So hinihintay naming i-serve kasi ittake-out naming. Nakatayo lang ako sa isang tabi, then may sumulpot na dambuhala sa tabi ko. Guess who? Sino pa? Edi si Kuya Jan. Mejo natuwa namna ako kasi baka kausapin na niya ako. Alam mo yung ganung feeling? Syempre kahit papaano, may pinagsamahan naman kami. So ayun nga. Nag-order rin siya ng pagkain niya. Mula sa peripheral vision ko, nakita ko siyang nakatingin sa akin. Actually, SCRUTINIZE is the word to be exact. Grabe eh! Akala mo, lalamunin ka sa tingin. And to testify, nakita talaga yun ng blockmates ko (JAG). Sobrang tagal ng tingin niya. According to Joie, mga 30 seconds. Grabe!!! Hindi ko alam kung anong iisipin ko. Harang ba ako sa pagkain niya? O gusto nab a niya kong kausapin? Hay… Ang gulo talaga. Frappe! Kung maibabalik ko lang yung moment na yun, gagawin kong worth-it yun! Pano? Titignan ko siya pabalik, tapos sasabihin ko, “Pre, anong problema? May dumi ba ako sa mukha?” Haha. Laugh trip! Ano kayang mangyayari pag ganun?? Sasagot kaya siya pabalik? O tablado na lang? May nabuo pa ngang eksena sa utak ko, and it goes something like this…

 

Erka: Ano’ng tinitngin-tingin mo? May dumi ba ako sa mukha?!

Edgar:  *silent

Erka: (*snaps her fingers) Gelaaaa!!!

Gela: *lalapiy sa eksena

         * sabay sampal kay Edgar

Gela: Angas mo ha? Bakit ganyan ka makatingin sa kaibigan ko?!

O diba? Ang taray!!! Haha. May isa pang eksena.

 

WALA KANG UTANG NA LOOB! Matapos kitang bigyan ng trabaho at tratuhin na kapamilya, eto igaganti mo sa ‘kin? Isang mapang-uyam na tingin. I can’t believe you Kuya Jan! ano bang ginawa ko sayo? Kailangan mo ba ulit ng trabaho? Pwede mo naming sabihin e! Hindi yung dinadaan mo sa tingin.

O diba? Madrama ang effect? Haha. Actually, may feeling din kami na iniisa-isa kami ni Edgar. Diba una si gela? Tapos ngayon ako. So ang susunod either si Ayka or Joie. Victim ika nga. LOL. Baliw siya! =p Pagtulungan namin siya e!!! Ipa-rape ko kaya siya kay Chabs! Baka di makawala yun. Haha =p Love the plan! Haha. Basta pag kami nagtagpo ulit ng landas, is-SCRUTINIZE ko rin siya!!! Wala na akong pake kung mag-away kami or ano, basta yun nay un! DIZIZIT!!! =p

Erika's View: The So-Called 'LIFE' of EDGAR part 2

Lately, napapansin kong madalas ko nang makita si Kuya Jan. Hindi ko alam kung gusto ba niya akong kausapin, or baka naman may gusto lang siya sa isa sa mga kaibigan ko. (hint: red and white stripes)

 
            Side story! Gela, bagay!!! Stripes and chekered… hehe…

            Anyways, nakita ko na kung sino yung girlfriend ni Kuya Jan sa La Salle. Grabe. To tell you the truth, hindi siya ma-itsura. Steady lang. hehe. Palagay namin ng friends ko, madalas silang mag-away. Pano, madalas nang loner so Kuya Jan lately. Mag-isa kumain, mag-isa tumambay. Kawawa pag nakita mo. Hehe. Naguguluhan pa nga ko kung sasabihin ko kay Mama. Malalaki na kasi kaming magkakapatid – hindi na yata naming kailangan ng yayo sa bahay. Ewan ko ba. May something rin akong naf-feel na kailangan ni Kuya Jan ng trabaho. Baka bored na siya sa buhay niya. Ano sa tingin niyo? Manghihingi na lang siguro ako ng sign, or hihintayin ko na lang siya na i-approach ako. Tutal, siya naman ‘tong may kailangan eh.

 

            Pero sa totoo lang, namimiss ko talaga si Kuya Jan. Hindi ko akalain na magkkrus pa yung landas naming sa La Salle. Hindi ko rin maisip na ganun pala magiging successful – through basketball. Dati kasi, hindi naman siya ganun kagaling eh. Parang steady lang- shoot dito, mintis doon, tres dito, lay-up doon. Steady lang talaga. Chaka isa pa, simpleng tao si Kuya Jan. Hindi ko naisip na gugustuhin niyang maging varsity sa La Salle. Pero on the other hand, kailangan niya rin ng scholarship. Kaya siguro nag-try outs sa basketball.

 

            Hay… Paano ba yung eksena ng hiwalayan naming ni Kuya Jan? malungkot siyang nag-iimpake ng gamit sa kwarto ng bigla akong pumasok. Sabi ko, “Kuya Jan, alis ka na talaga?” Sabi nama ni Kuya Jan, “Oo… Mama mo kasi eh.”

            “Mag-sorry ka kasi.” Sabi ko.

            “Para san pa, wala nang solusyon sa nagawa ko sa damit mo.” Sabi ni Kuya Jan.

           

            Hindi na ko sumagot after niyang sabihin yun. Gusto ko man siyang mag-stay, hindi ko na napilit si Mama kasi desidido na siya by that time. I can’t help but cry nung matapos siyang mag-impake. Syempre, napalapit na rin sa akin si Kuya. Naging malungkot talaga ako buong araw. Sabay kaming lumabas ng kwarto ni Kuya Jan. Nagpaalam siya sa lahat. Mejo tahimik sa bahay nung umalis siya.

 

            Bago umalis, tinanong ko pa siya kung saan na siya pupunta. Hindi niya raw alam. Bahala na raw si Superman. Si Kuya Jan talaga, aalis na nga lang, magpapatawa pa. Loko talaga. Haha.

 

            Sabi ko pa pala kay Kuya Jan, tumawag siya or sumulat para i-update kami sa mga nangyayari sa kanya. Tumango lang siya tapos umalis na… Hay… Tuwing naaalala ko, nanghihinayang ako…

 

            Diba #** si Kuya Jan? Bakit kaya?

            Feeling ko dahil sa ‘kin eh. Haha. Makapal na kung makapal pero nag-promise kasi siya dati sa akin. Isang araw, naglolokohan kami habang nagbbasketball. Eto yung conversation:

 

Kuya Jan: Erika, dapat mag- tryouts ka sa women’s basketball pagdating mo ng college.

Erka: Oo nga Kuya eh. Gustong-gusto ko. Pero syempre mahirap yun.

Kuya Jan: Kaya mo yan, ikaw pa?

Erka: Baliw! Bahala na. haha. Pag sumikat ako, babatiin kita sa TV! Hehe.

Kuya Jan: Sabi mo yan ha? Teka, anong number mo?

Erka: Syempre, alam na! #**!!!

Kuya Jan: Ok yan. Gusto ko rin yang number na yan! Yan rin sa akin pag naging athlete ako.

 

            So you see… Pareho kami ng favorite number. Ang galing nga eh. Kaya ko siya na-recognize nung nanood ako ng UAAP one time. Syempre na-catch yung attention ko ng #**. Nagulat ako, long-haired na si Kuya Jan!

bakit parang laging ako yung namemention? hahaha. :p

Tambay sa SJ

Last quiz namin nina Joie, Ayka at Ako sa psych. At last quiz din ni Chabs sa TREDONE. 1500 points yung quiz nila. graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabbbbbbbbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

ayun. after ng test may 6 hour break ako. so ayun dahil wala akong kasama nag-nook muna ko, buti na lang dumating si bern ng maaga.

punta kaming quiapo. may biniling kung anu-ano.

then pabalik na kami ng La Salle tas sabi ni Bern pwede na daw siya bumaba sa Lawton. pero di naman siya bumaba. sabi ko naman ok lang, punta na lang akong rp. so yun. umikot ako ng rp for almost two hours. mag-isa. punta kong natio, naghahanap ng TWILIGHT. wala daw, out of stock. tas hinanap ko ang Powerbooks. ayun, wala din daw. kaya nagpareserve na lang ako. ganda nung powerbooks dun. muntik pa kong madukutan nung girl. buti na lang nilagay ko sa harap yung bag ko.

bumalik ako ng school. punta ng room. nakipagdaldalan kay Cara sa cr. then pagbalik nandun na yung prof namin, tas after 10 mins binigay na niya yung mga course card namin. tas pwede na daw umalis. wooo! 4.0 ako! yey!!!

nagdinner kami nina Anthony at Cara sa beanhoppers. inasar asar muna namin si cara. pilit nililink kay ******. ahahaha. tas yun. mas naunang umalis si cara kasi sinundo siya. then kwentuhan kami sandali ni anthony tas uwi na.

Feeling bored

i am feeling really really tired.

a couple of firsts.

college friends went to our house today. well not only college friends but also an elementary friend. joie, jolo & chabs went to our house today. super unexpected. it started like this. me and joie were sitting at sj and we're trying to figure out how to transfer our videos to my laptop. then chabs came. talked about some stuff. then jaki sat down and ask me about some stuff. then came jolo. i was really freaking out trying to figure out what went wrong with the video. jaki already left and i was still very much into the figuring out part. then somebody suggested that we go to our house. i am not sure if its joie or chabs. at first i was like, no way. i don't want them to go to our house. hahaha. but then i gave in. so okay, we went. we were like talking about a lot of stuffs on our way to my house. crazy, crazy stuffs.

another first.

after 11 years of friendship, this is the first time that my friend jolo went to our house. ok. probably you're are thinking how could i do it to a friend. hahaha. hello his house is so far away from ours. friend, finally nakapunta ka na rin sa aming bahay. walang mga muebles na ginto di ba! hahahaha

chabs and jolo had fun watching videos in youtube.nagkasundo sila. hahaha

after staying at our house for a couple of hours, we decided to got to joie's house. jolo's not with us.

joie left me and chabs at their home, she went to the dentist. i was saving the video in their computer. and i couldn't help myself from checking my multiply account, so i checked it. then, me and chabs saw somebody's picture. chabs, pwede na di ba? papasa di ba? hot siya!

after like two hours joie got home already. another first. but i'm not gonna put it here. surprise. surprise. saw joie's pictures. cute!!!

me and chabs ate dinner there. got a chance to bond with her mom. her mom's really cool and really funny.


went home.


joie, jolo & chabs: had fun! sueeeeeeeppppppeeeeeeeeeeer fun. yes close na rin kayong tatlo. hahaha

jolo: finally friend, nakapunta ka na sa bahay namin. kamusta naman yun, almost 11 years bago ka nakapunta dito sa amin. hahaha. pupunta rin ako sa bahay nito ha? :p yes nakita ka na rin ng lola ko. sikat na sikat ka dito sa bahay namin friend.

joie: ang bait ng mom mo, parang di siya strict. hehehe thanks sa dinner and sa chocolates. finally nalipat na rin natin yung mga videos no? ingat sa baguio! pasalubong namin ah! kaya mong gawin yung mga homework. promise!

chabs: as if naman mababasa niya to di ba? but still. omg! pupunta ka na naman dito sa bahay namin bukas. hahaha. saan tayo magmimeet? sa champion? hahaha o sa north cementery? dahil sa park. landi! o sa chinese general hospital? next time dun naman tayo sa bahay niyo, titignan ko yung mga pictures!

super thankful ako kay God. may isa na naman siyang blessing na binigay sa akin. super laking blessing.

i went to my speecom class feeling really bored. i felt really sleepy. so from my humalit class i have to drag my lazy a** to speecom. when i entered the room, somebody told me that the results for the application of comm arts is out. i was freakin' terrified. for how many weeks now, i have been very pessimistic. what if i didn't get in? what would happen to me? will i really get into comm arts? i was thinking negatively. when my friend erika told me that she's going to miguel to look at the results, i asked her to check if my name's there and also cara and alex. i told her to text me immediately if she sees it. but i didn't get a single text from her and i was freaking out. so i went to the cr with ayka, i was trying to think positively that time. when we got back from the washroom, walther told us that we all got in. yes! i got into comm arts! woohoo!
