Law enforcers here in the Philippines also break rules like average citizens. Instead of hitting the breaks when they see the yellow light, they step up on the gas. They are traffic enforcers and they should follow the rules, they should set an example to people. I always see them warn drivers of public vehicles about not following traffic rules, but they too are not following. So, who would follow them when they themselves cannot even follow simple traffic rules?
